Born in Jersey with Italian roots, I’ve spent recent years living in Florence and Genoa, where I fell in love with the Italian approach to life: a celebration of beauty, simplicity, and connection. Those moments surrounded by family and friends, under the Italian sun with a perfectly crafted spritz in hand, inspired me to create Bacio Del Sole.
Bacio Del Sole is my way of sharing that romanticism—bringing the Italian love for life, with its warmth, vibrancy, and elegance, to every event. Bacio del Sole is more than just a bar; each spritz we craft is an invitation to relax, celebrate, and savor life’s beautiful moments. Whether it’s a wedding, a celebration, or a casual gathering, I aim to infuse each event with the spirit of Italy.
I have a background deeply rooted in the arts, my journey began as a painter inspired by the rich drama and beauty of Italian baroque art and culture. After immersing myself in London’s art world and developing an eye for beauty—I transitioned into graphic design, channeling my passion for aesthetics into working with small businesses to bring their visions to life through branding and web design. Over the past ten years, I expanded my path to include hospitality, working in bars, events, cafes, and restaurants both on the island and in Italy. These experiences have enriched my understanding of crafting memorable spaces and connecting with people. Bacio Del Sole is the culmination of these passions: a business where I can curate beautiful, inspiring atmospheres while sharing the Italian love for hospitality, art, and life’s simplest joys.
